FULL-SERVICE DESIGN

Full-service design is the most common and versatile design choice. This option is designed to meet the needs of a range of projects from selecting fabrics and reupholstering existing furniture to decorating a single room or more.

The project starts with an initial consultation (2-hours) to learn more about your style, how you live, and what you'd like to accomplish in your home. We’ll walk through your house to discuss your preferences, lifestyle and family and entertaining needs. This is an opportunity for us to build a relationship and start to work creatively together. In addition to taking photographs and measurements, we’ll discuss ideas that you can implement right away. Prior to our initial meeting, you’ll be asked to fill out a Lifestyle Questionnaire.

After the initial consultation, you’ll receive a Letter of Agreement for your project including scope of work, deliverables and an estimate of the project hours and associated fees.

For full-service designs, ARLINGTON HOME INTERIORS will manage your project from design inception to the placement of the last accessory. Qualified affiliate vendors are available for all aspects of your project, or we are happy to work with your preferred contractors.

Your custom designs are based on your goals and the level of help you require. Design plans may include: finishes for kitchen and bath, furniture floor plans, paint and wall coverings, custom built-ins, window treatments, lighting, furnishings, fabrics, floor coverings, art and accessories.

CREATE YOUR WISH BOOK

Creating a Wish Book is a great way to quickly communicate your families preferences. It also helps you identify your priorities for your design project. Please share any images that inspire you. Feel free to request a list of publication ideas and web sites.
